EON INFP Kiss Land symbolizes the tour life, but it's a world that I created in my head. Just like House of Balloons symbolizes Toronto and my experiences there, but it's a world that I created. When I think about Kiss Land, I think about a terrifying place. It's a place I've never been to before that I'm very unfamiliar with. A lot of it is inspired by filmmakers like John Carpenter, David Cronenberg, and Ridley Scott, because they know how to capture fear. That's what Kiss Land is to me, an environment that's just honest fear. This sounds like Jungian Si, like it's his subjective visceral impression of tour life, and he's actually very aware of his subjectivity ("it's a world that I created"). He also compares the record with directors that seem to posses a very good grasp of Jungian Si as well. 2 2018-05-24 01:17:06pm (post #713) |
strawberry crisis enfp 7 I think 9w8 is a better fit than 4 looking at how he describes his art and how he perceives it. Honestly, I find it kind incredible how whenever he’s given an opportunity to describe the deeper (hint: intuitive) side to his work, he shies away and describes its sensuality and relationship to his actual experiences with respect to how “he feels.” I’ve dug around hard for him describing a more “intuitive” connection to his music but if it’s there, he’s extremely unrevealing about it. I think he might be SEI and a Jungian Si type. I’m kind of unsure about his MBTI type but ISFP may be the best choice (or J? He describes himself as always working but who knows what that means) even though I sorta hate putting SP and NJ on people without a good reason for it. 2 2018-05-23 11:52:04pm (post #711) |
