I will try to make the same comment but shorter this time but not in form of a reply because it did not work.
The Thalmor do seem to be LSI, and yes, Altmer do fit LIE, this is talking about Skyrim speficifically, so we got to work with that, other games in other eras I would vote LIE, the thing is, it is a pure Ti ideology that works with Se, but that is only the vast majority of the elves that are part of the Thalmor, the ones that follow the orders, the leaders are probably LIE, banning Talos is not an ideological move yet an effectiveness move, the general way they deal with Ulfric also is, they are not doing what they believe is right but what is effective for them to win, dividing Skyrim in two, making the people weak so they can win, it can be a Se move but I believe Ij and Ej have to be there, they are very well set, serious and cold people, but with that, considering that the leaders can be LIE or LSI or maybe even SLE since we don't get to know a lot about the Thalmor elite in Skyrim, and that the general member would be LSI, I believe LSI is the best vote.

The Thalmor seem quite Beta Pragmatist (Ti/Se), in hunting/apprehending Talos worshipers, who conflict Thalmor ideology.
Altmer, in general, do seem to possess a certain Gamma Researcher (Ni/Te) intellectual conceit.
I'm not sure what to vote, but hopefully, this will inspire some thought.
