I agree that the bible god would be S in MBTI. The world was much different at the time the bible was written.  The average lifespan being between 25-35 years if a child survived it's own childhood.  Infections in a simple cut meant death.  Most diseases that are prevented or easily treatable now, death.  Babies born dead.  Every human has innate fear of the unknown, and much of this could not be explained as it is today.  I imagine they wanted to create a god of definiteness because of this.  They wanted the white and black.  How would you compare the creativity in the bible to something like greek mythology?

He (the god of the bible) is not that creative though. Like, sure, he created the world. But beyond that he's just obsessed with black and white rules and getting his creations to do his bidding. When a problem arrises, he doesn't think of a creative solution. Rather, he just punishes whoever he thinks wronged him. "You disobeyed my orders? You must die!" "You picked up sticks on Sunday? You must die!" "A bunch of people in this city are sinning? The whole city must die!" It's just die die die with him, no matter what the circumstances are, that's his oh so creative solution. He also thought it would be a brilliant idea to have his legacy recorded solely in an ancient book. Just like every other religion. Soooo creative!

Anyway, I feel like a truly ceative and N god would be more focused on their grand plan for the world than on meaningless little details and rules. And a truly creative god would be able to find better solutions to the world's problems than "kill everyone!"

A year ago, I would have said ENFJ, if any type at all (based on the image that had been absorbed into my head growing up). Then I actually started reading the bible. And hooo boy, the ExTJ-ness was veeeery apparent (not in a good way).

Just shows how distorted Christians' views toward the abrahamic god have become from who he was truly depicted as.
