I'm almost sure that he's a 9 but I have no idea about the wing. I think like almost all 9s he doesn't fit well in either 8 or 1 description. But 9w8 maybe makes more sense since he lacks more principles than reactiveness at all. Dunno. I intend to reread The Stranger soon so if I notice something relevant related to this I'll comment again.
