Nah dude he's 3w4 I guess. He destroyed Ja Rule's career just coz he snubbed him when fiddy was just an amateur. Later he covered it all up by saying Ja Rule had something to do with him being shot. He bites off more than he can chew. Also he makes his jealousy apparent on the social media. Which explains he doesn't care about the public's favorable view about him. Remember when Rick Ross was in the hospital he posted "if he dies, he dies". I doubt a 3w2 ever do that to maintain a positive public opinion.
