ENTJs typically lack the inner strength as INTJs. Outward ENTJ's display of Power is more than just extroverting. INTJs have more of a sustained true power demanded of an enneagram 8 type
ESTPs and ENTJs aren't as common as ESTJs though. The 8 ESTJ is more prevalent then they are. 
The statistics show that ESTP and ENTJ are about as prevalent as ESTJ for Ennegram 8.
