It depends on what you mean by sentimental. I read it as being mushy not nostaligic. 
Both ESTJ and ISTP aren't a bad vote because they are T-dom and S that makes them more accepting the reality like as it is than N types, the diference is that ISTPs in general are more tolerant for the sentimentalism than ESTJs, btw i don't agree with ISTJ vote they are very cold on an external perspective but on inside they can be very sensitive and emotional, ENTJ is not a bad vote too but ESTJs fits better than all. For enneagram i voted 1w9 they seems more impatient to sentimental things,i was hoping for someone to vote 8w7 too.
