Even the throw away parts suit him. It's very rare to have such an exact representation of a type.

LSE, his whole job revolves around an Si aspect, being a chef. The LIE is Si-polr and would be unconfident in judging the quality of sensory things like food. Some argue he has a hidden Se agenda but his Se is definitely demonstrative. He's rough when he feels he need to, he's not "expansive" like an Se ego (LSI).
