johncena2 ENTP 3w4 no no no.... I figured this man out he is INTP. He is always tinkering and changing with tactics and trying to experiment in big games. He is always thinking coming up with wild tactics every game because J type he is P type he prefers to adapt to the opponent always changing his mind from his original tactic constantly. He is not comfortable with one decision he is always changing while taking in new information. 0 2021-06-18 08:04:11pm (post #8752) |
TheMemphis While quite intellectual 5w6 doesn't really suit him. He puts more emphasis on the practical, and achievable asset of his systems than just ameliorating them and thinking them over for the simple sake of enjoying it. If you want a manager who is actually 5w6 you may have a look at Marcelo Bielsa. I could go more in depth about how the differences between 1 and 5 express through them but i really like this quote from Bielsa : “When I was a coach of Athletic Bilbao we played Barcelona in [the Copa del Rey] final and we lost 3-0,” said Bielsa. “[After the match] I gave all the information I had on Barcelona to Pep Guardiola. Guardiola had a look at it and he told me ‘you know more about Barcelona than me!’. “I do this analysis to ease my anxiety, but it was useless information because they scored three goals.” 0 2019-01-16 10:07:17pm (post #4660) |
