Eh, most of them are in the abrhamic religons, and so there reasoning tend towards tradtion/habit, the desire to have a conection with something greater then themselves, and a belif in a monthistic God combind with a disbelfif he would leave us on our own.
god isnt real. 
"Theism" is far too broad for any type to be applied to it. Atheists usually end up having similar reasons for disbelieving, but theists have many divergent reasons for believing.
