What does this mean? It means Americans want to know what TV show and movies you watch. It's the silliest nonsense.

They don't care about what you do in the afterlife. They care though, what race and ethnicity you are. Also your socioeconomic, did you have a lot of money. They do care, what your night dreams are and would certainly judge you for it. It doesn't matter, how skilled you are at dream interpretation. I did not post this comment in the wrong page. I understand who would read my comment. I also understand that most people in this website just view the tests, find their personality type, and never visit this database more than only once.

Apparently this is unclear so I'll reword it. The average Western atheist, should they even view Christ as a historical person, tend to believe that he's a sort of proto-hippie socialist or whatnot (thus "Gnostic-Buddhist Christ") that for whatever reason Paul or the Church decided to rewrite as a Messiah, supposedly out of some vague hope that the Romans wouldn't just persecute them more heavily. All of this is ridiculous and any person who reads the writings of the early Christians closely should know that the traditional Catholic/Orthodox portrayal of Christ is the true one, going back to the beginning of the Apostolic period.

It makes sense to vote based off of what the majority of what a religion has thought and said rather then a small minority. Gnosticism has been unpopular throughout most of christian history, therefor, it should be given less consideration when typing christianity as a whole. It is a near universally acknowledged fact that at least 75% of all religio
us beliefs are suppression; it's only disputed which ones (if any) teach "true theology." Trying to find the "real" part of a religion, removed from cultural and historical context, is a fools game, because no such real "beating heart" of a ideology exists outside of a set of ideas grouped together through said historical and cultural context.

Nah, the votes here are bullshit. It's bias against familiarity. Hinduism is a mess of a religion, being made up more of a composite of regional gods and superstitions than any true theology. The average Hindu doesn't care about Advaita or Bhakti, they're making their sacrifices and saying their prayers for wealth or to avoid curses.

Christianity is made up of three major denominations (each of which can be split into distinct "sub-denominations" and even "sub-sub-denominations" in the case of Protestantism) that aren't even that similar to each other and has 3 billion followers. It doesn't have a type.

Sx also emphasizes personal connection. An So would most likely emphasize a connection to the entirety of a group, while Sx is most likly to emphaize a more intense connection with individuals. It really most likely depends on what time period and/or denomination of Christianity were talking about. Are we talking about the modern, evangelical, "personal relationship with Jesus" type of prostatism or more something like the Catholic Church in the 1300s. I'm going to change my vote to So/Sx,, because this designed to cover the entirety of christianity throughout history, but it's not so cut and dry.

Christianity strongly emphasizes connection, particularly that with god and other people under the preface that everyone deserves love equally since we are all made in God's image, said connection lies within the domain of the social instinct and not within the sexual one.

Jesus Christ would be promptly excommunicated from most organized "CHRISTIAN CHURCH" congregations.

It is unfortunate that these churches glorify his crucifixion instead of inculcating watchfulness against overreach of authorities and refutation of mob rule.

I'm basing my votes here on my favorite inspirational teachings of Jesus.
